Integrated platform · Eulogika

An ERP with the AI, the business intelligence and the middleware built in

JobTracker3, AiDream, Nexus and Linko are not four purchases to be wired together afterwards: they are four layers of the same installation, designed by Eulogika to work as one. Data is entered once and travels through all four with no manual steps in between.

The Eulogika platform: Nexus and AiDream above the JobTracker3 ERP, with Linko as middleware towards machines, legacy ERP, cloud and files

The problem is not buying, it is getting them to talk

Almost every company already has an ERP, a few dashboards, an AI pilot and a handful of scripts moving files overnight. The cost is not in the licences: it is in the months of integration, in figures that do not match between systems, and in questions left unanswered because the right number lives in three different places. These four products come out of the same software house and share their data model, their security and their deployment tooling: integration is the starting point, not the next project.

    One data model

Master records, jobs, documents and movements have a single definition, shared by all four systems.

    One security model

Authentication, roles and granular permissions are governed by the ERP and respected by the AI and the BI alike.

    One installation to run

On-premise deployment, backups, updates and monitoring follow the same path for every component.

    How they fit together

Linko brings data in from the existing systems, JobTracker3 governs it, AiDream automates the work around it, Nexus hands it back as an answer.

Four-layer architecture: existing systems, Linko middleware, JobTracker3, AiDream and Nexus, up to the people in the company

One job, from order to answer

The same data changes shape four times without changing owner.

Job flow: order in JobTracker3, progress collected by Linko, documents read by AiDream, data consolidated in Nexus, spoken answer through Vox

    On the shop floor

The production order is created in JobTracker3 from the bill of materials. Linko collects progress from machines and PLCs with nobody typing it in, the shop-floor MES books it against the lot, and the job cost updates while the part is still being made.

    In administration

The supplier invoice arrives by e-mail. AiDream reads it, extracts lines, taxable amounts and order references, and proposes the accounting entry; the person checking sees the document next to the extracted data and confirms with one click instead of retyping.

    In management

"What is the real margin on the jobs closed this month?" The question goes to Vox, Nexus translates it against the warehouse that joins shop-floor hours, purchases and revenue, and answers with the figure, the three worst cases and the full report by e-mail.

    What actually changes

    • Data is entered once: no manual re-keying between the ERP, spreadsheets and dashboards.
    • A new question does not open a project: the warehouse and the dictionary are already there.
    • Repetitive document and checking work moves to AI agents, with people validating instead of typing.
    • Existing systems stay where they are: Linko integrates them rather than forcing their replacement.
    • Everything stays on-premise, under Eulogika's ISO 27001:2022 certified processes.
    • You start with one layer and add the others when you need them, without rebuilding the installation.

    Where to start

You do not need to adopt all four at once. You need to know what hurts most today.

    01

    The ERP is old

Start with JobTracker3, keeping the existing systems alive through Linko until the migration is complete.

    02

The ERP is fine, the data is not

Start with Nexus: schema discovery, the warehouse and the first answers, without touching the ERP in use.

    03

    Too much manual work

Start with AiDream on documents and repetitive checks, the area with the fastest and most measurable return.

    04

    Systems that do not talk

Start with Linko, which connects the machines, group ERP and cloud applications already in place.

Frequently asked questions about the platform

Do I have to adopt all four products together?

No. JobTracker3, AiDream, Nexus and Linko are standalone products, each with its own page and its own adoption path. They are designed to integrate with no extra work when they run together, but you can start with the one that solves the most urgent problem and add the others later.

Does it work if we already have a different ERP?

Yes. Linko exists precisely to connect heterogeneous systems: group ERPs, legacy applications, cloud services, machines and PLCs. Nexus can build the data warehouse by reading the existing sources directly, and AiDream plugs into document processes without requiring the ERP to be replaced.

Where are the systems installed and where does the data stay?

Deployment is on-premise, on the customer infrastructure, with controlled and isolated databases. Credentials are encrypted, AI-generated queries are read-only and every execution is logged, in line with Eulogika's ISO 27001:2022 certified processes.

Who takes care of the integration between the four systems?

Eulogika does. The four products are built by the same teams and share their data model, authentication and release tooling: integration is part of the delivery, not a separate project handed to a third-party system integrator.

What is the difference between AiDream and Nexus?

AiDream is the AI framework that does the work: it reads documents, runs agents, orchestrates pipelines and brings company chat onto internal data. Nexus is the business intelligence: it analyses source schemas, builds the data warehouse and answers questions about the company figures, spoken through Vox if you like. The first one acts, the second one explains.
